Gwendolyn Webber-McLeod, MS is a leadership development consultant with a passion for supporting leaders in the tasks of effectively leading and managing organizations. Her clients are established and emerging leaders in public, private, and education, organizations and businesses.
She gained this expertise beginning with her college career at Potsdam State University, graduating cum laude in 1978 with a B.A. in psychology, through past professional positions as an owner and partner in Treble Associates, a women-owned, Auburn-based consulting firm, along with other professional positions.
Gwen has also been the director of communications at Wells College, a nationally recognized four year women's liberal arts college located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in Aurora, New York. As director of communications, she managed internal and external communications for the college, and developed strategies to build partnerships by linking Wells with institutions that advance the goal of educating women for leadership in the 21st century. One of her most exciting efforts was working with the college president in developing the model for the President's Council on Diversity. This initiative set the stage for creating a strategic framework for valuing diversity at Wells.
